In the project area, it is planned to build a multifunctional complex, recreational space, auxiliary buildings and provide it with transport infrastructure.
Residential and office/commercial areas, a hotel, and a parking lot will be arranged in the area, for which one above-ground and one or two underground floors of the building will probably be intended.
